NOTA INFORMATIVA SULLA PRIVACY

Trattamento dei dati personali

La presente Privacy Policy ha lo scopo di descrivere le modalità di gestione del sito www.internationalumbria.com  (di seguito il “Sito”) in riferimento al trattamento dei dati personali degli utenti/visitatori che lo consultano. Si tratta di un’informativa resa anche ai sensi dell’art. 13 del D. Lgs 196/2003 – “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” (di seguito il “Codice”) e art. 13 e 14 del GDPR – Regolamento UE 2016/679.

Il Sito è di titolarità di Promexport Umbria srl, via Caduti del lavoro 2/B, Marsciano (PG) (di seguito “Titolare”).

L’informativa è resa dal Titolare soltanto per il Sito e non anche per altri siti web o sezioni / pagine / spazi di titolarità di Terzi eventualmente consultati dall’utente tramite appositi link.

La presente informativa ha lo scopo di consentire agli utenti di conoscere, anche prima di accedere alle varie sezioni del Sito, in che modo il Titolare tratta i dati personali degli utenti e sarà comunque necessario che l’utente ne prenda visione prima che egli conferisca propri dati personali all’atto della registrazione sul Sito.

Titolare e Responsabili del trattamento

Titolare del trattamento è Promexport Umbria srl, via Caduti del lavoro 2/B, Marsciano (PG).

Oltre che dai dipendenti dell’azienda, il trattamento dei dati personali potrà essere effettuato anche da soggetti terzi, ai quali l’azienda affida talune attività (o parte di esse) connesse o strumentali allo svolgimento dei trattamenti o all’erogazione dei servizi offerti. In tale evenienza gli stessi soggetti verranno nominati Responsabili o incaricati del trattamento.

FinalitĂ  del trattamento

Di seguito sono indicate le finalità del trattamento dei dati personali, cioè quelli conferiti direttamente dagli utenti in caso di invio di email agli indirizzi indicati sul sito, ovvero quelli acquisiti automaticamente  (si veda la seguente sezione “Categorie di Dati Personali oggetto di trattamento”) (di seguito, “Dati Personali”):

  1. rispondere alle richieste degli utenti in relazione a prodotti del Titolare, alla pubblicità, o a informazioni generiche (per esempio alla sezione “Contattaci” del Sito).

ModalitĂ  del trattamento

Il trattamento verrĂ  effettuato attraverso strumenti automatizzati (ad es. utilizzando procedure e supporti elettronici) e/o manualmente (ad esempio su supporto cartaceo) per il tempo strettamente necessario a conseguire gli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti e, comunque, in conformitĂ  alle disposizioni normative vigenti in materia.

Categorie di Dati Personali oggetto di trattamento

Oltre ai Dati Personali conferiti direttamente dagli utenti (quali nome, cognome, indirizzo postale, di posta elettronica, numero di telefono, ecc.), in fase di connessione al Sito, i sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento del Sito stesso somministrano e/o acquisiscono automaticamente ed indirettamente alcune informazioni che potrebbero costituire dati personali, la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet, quali, in via meramente esemplificativa ma non esaustiva, i c.d. “cookie” (come meglio di seguito specificato), indirizzi “IP”, nomi di dominio dei computer utilizzati dagli utenti che si connettono al Sito, gli indirizzi in notazione “Url” delle risorse richieste, l’orario della richiesta al server.

Utilizzo dei Cookie

I cookie sono righe di testo che fungono da marcatori informatici inviati da un server (in questo caso, quello del presente Sito) all’apparecchio di un utente (generalmente al browser Internet) nel momento in cui questi accede ad una data pagina di un sito web; i cookie sono memorizzati automaticamente dal browser dell’utente e ritrasmessi al server che li ha generati ogni volta che l’utente accede alla stessa pagina Internet. Categorie di soggetti che potranno venire a conoscenza dei Dati Personali degli utenti

I Dati Personali potranno essere portati a conoscenza di dipendenti o collaboratori del Titolare oppure soggetti terzi che, operando sotto la diretta autorità di quest’ultimo, sono nominati responsabili o incaricati del trattamento ai sensi degli artt. 29 e 30 del Codice e che riceveranno al riguardo adeguate istruzioni operative; lo stesso avverrà – a cura dei Responsabili nominati dal Titolare – nei confronti dei dipendenti o collaboratori dei Responsabili.

I diritti degli utenti riconosciuti dall’art. 7 del Codice

“Articolo 7 – Diritto di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti”
1. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che lo riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile.
2. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere l’indicazione:
a) dell’origine dei dati personali;
b) delle finalitĂ  e modalitĂ  del trattamento;
c) della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici;
d) degli estremi identificativi del titolare, dei responsabili e del rappresentante designato ai sensi dell’articolo 5, comma 2;
e) dei soggetti o delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati o che possono venirne a conoscenza in qualitĂ  di rappresentante designato nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati.
3. L’interessato ha diritto di ottenere:
a) l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando vi ha interesse, l’integrazione dei dati;
b) la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati;
c) l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile o comporta un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato.
4. L’interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte:
a) per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorchĂŠ pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta;
b) al trattamento di dati personali che lo riguardano a fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale.

Modalità di esercizio dei diritti di cui all’art. 7 e per conoscere l’elenco dei Responsabili del trattamento

L’utente potrà, in qualunque momento, esercitare i diritti di cui all’art. 7 del Codice inviando un messaggio di posta elettronica oppure una lettera da spedirsi tramite posta ordinaria al Titolare del trattamento dei dati personali del caso.

L’utente, inoltre, qualora vi abbia consentito, potrà opporsi al trattamento effettuato mediante l’indirizzo di posta elettronica dell’utente stesso, cliccando su un apposito “link” presente in ogni messaggio di posta elettronica.

Identity and contact details of the Controller

The Controller will process your Personal Data in accordance with Regulation EU no. 2016/679 and national personal data protection regulations (hereinafter the “Privacy Regulation”).

The Personal Data we collect and how we collect it

The Controller may collect and then process your Personal Data when you browse the Website and/or access certain sections of it. When you connect to the Website, the IT systems and the software procedures which allow them to function automatically and indirectly provide and/or acquire certain information (such as the so-called “cookies”, as specified in the section “Cookies”, at the end of this policy document, “IP” addresses, the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Website, the “Url” address of the resources requested, the time of the request to the server).

Any requests for information or services you submit could lead to collection and subsequent processing of your Personal Data (such as first name, surname, postal and e-mail address, date of birth, etc.).

Providing Personal Data which is not marked with an asterisk or otherwise indicated as obligatory is entirely optional and there will be no consequences if this Personal Data is not provided, or is incomplete or imprecise. However, if you do not provide the Personal Data marked with an asterisk or otherwise indicated as obligatory, or said data is incomplete or imprecise, the service you request cannot be supplied. If you fail to provide any of the obligatory Personal Data, an error message will appear listing the missing obligatory Personal Data.

The purposes of processing your Personal Data and the legal basis for processing

Based on the needs you indicate each time on accessing the various sections of the Website, the purposes of processing your Personal Data and the legal basis for processing are indicated below.

Your Personal Data will be processed for the following purposes only with your consent to processing, which may be withdrawn at any moment, by sending a request to the Controller by mail or by email:

  • management and fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting, administrative, tax obligations, etc.).

How we process your Personal Data

Processing of your Personal Data may include any type of operation, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, rectification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, disclosure, erasure and destruction.

Your Personal Data will be processed mainly with automated tools, but also on paper, adopting logic strictly linked to the related purposes, through the use of databases and electronic platforms managed by the Controller or by third parties appointed as external processors for this purpose and/or through the integrated IT systems of the Controller and of said third parties and/or websites owned or used by the Controller.

How long we keep your Personal Data

The Controller keeps the Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill your request, supply the service you have requested, fulfill legal obligations and, in any case, not beyond the applicable time limits.

The recipients of your Personal Data 

Your Personal Data may be communicated to and processed by:

(i) legal or natural persons who act as external processors, performing activity in outsourcing, appointed by the Controller or by the external processors of the Controller (including parties assigned to perform assistance, communication, marketing, advertising, promotion and sale activities relating to products and/or services and also advertisers, advertising agencies, suppliers of IT services, the Website operators, electronic platform operators, partners, professional consultancy firms, the hosting provider);
(ii) employees and/or collaborators of the Controller (including system administrators), who operate under its direct authority, who will be authorized to process your Personal Data; and
(iii) employees and/or collaborators of the external processors (including system administrators), who operate under the direct authority of the external processors and will be authorized to process your Personal Data.
Your Personal Data will not be communicated to third parties, except when communicated by the Controller to consultants in order to protect its rights, nor disclosed.

Minors

Minors under 16 years of age must not provide information or Personal Data to the Controller without parental consent. If this consent is not provided, minors cannot send requests via the Website. The Controller invites anyone with parental responsibility on minors to inform them on secure and responsible use of the Internet and the Web.

Identity and contact details of the processors

A complete list of the Personal Data processors may be consulted by contacting the Controller at the address indicated in the section “Identity and contact details of the Controller”.

Data transfer abroad

The Website may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with the Hosting Provider; Facebook and Microsoft (LinkedIn) via social plugins. The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for which no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set out in the EU Regulation.

Data security

The Website processes the Personal Data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the data. The processing is carried out using IT and / or digital tools with organizational methods strictly related to security purposes.

Your rights in relation to processing of your Personal Data

As the data subject, you are granted numerous rights by the Privacy Regulation. In detail, you are entitled to:

  1. obtain from the Controller confirmation of whether or not your Personal Data exists, even if not registered, and its disclosure in intelligible form, and also access to your Personal Data (by obtaining a copy) and the related information (including the purposes of processing, the categories and origin of the Personal Data, the categories of recipients to whom it has been or could be disclosed, the retention period (when possible), the rights which may be exercised);
  2. obtain from the Controller the rectification of your Personal Data and supplementing of any incomplete Personal Data;
  3. obtain from the Controller the erasure of your Personal Data without undue delay, including when the Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it has been processed or the legal basis for processing no longer exists;
  4. obtain from the Controller the conversion into anonymous form or blocking of your Personal Data if it is processed illegally, including data which it is not necessary to store, in relation to the purposes for which the Personal Data was collected or subsequently processed;
  5. obtain from the Controller the limitation of processing of your Personal Data, also when you dispute its accuracy or object to processing, for the period necessary for the respective checks to be performed;
  6. receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and also transmit or, if technically feasible, obtain transmission of your Personal Data to another controller without impediments, in cases in which processing is carried out by automated means and is based on your consent or when necessary for execution of a contract to which you are a party;
  7. withdraw consent to processing of your Personal Data for any of the purposes for which it has been provided.

You may exercise your rights with the Controller by sending a letter by ordinary mail or email to the address indicated in the section “Identity and contact details of the Controller”.
Furthermore, if you believe that processing of your Personal Data breaches the Privacy Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority in the State in which you reside, where your workplace is located or in which the presumed breach has occurred, or contact said Authority to request information on exercising of your rights under the Privacy Regulation.

The right to object to processing of your Personal Data

At any moment and for reasons linked to your own specific situation, you are entitled to object to processing of your Personal Data which is based on a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller or by third parties. In this case, the Controller abstains from further processing of your Personal Data unless it demonstrates the existence of legitimate and binding reasons which prevail over your interests, rights or freedoms or processing is necessary to ascertain, exercise or protect a legal right.
You are entitled to object to processing of your Personal Data, by sending an ordinary mail or an e-mail.
If you object to processing of your Personal Data for this purpose, the Controller will be unable to carry out the related processing.

COOKIES
